BioPartner.co.uk will lead the UK Delegation to Bio-Europe in Munich, coordinating the UK pavilion in collaboration with UK Trade & Investment, providing promotional opportunities as well as support and advice during the conference. Click here to download our flyer 
We have a range of opportunities and discounts available for UK lifescience companies:
The UK Delegation. Whether you are purchasing exhibition space yourself, or want us to promote your company whilst you attend partnering meetings and presentations, join the UK Delegation to save money and increase your presence at the conference. You don't have to be an exhibitor to join and you could attend BIO-Europe for less than £500*.
By joining the UK Delegation you will be eligible for some or all of the benefits below - register as soon as possible to avoid disappointment as space is limited and in high demand.
How it works:
1. Fill in our registration form
- check if you are eligible for TAP funding- you do not have to be an exhibitor to get £1,000 towards your costs.
- select your benefits
2. We purchase all your conference tickets on your behalf (and stand space if you are exhibiting). You do not need to register on the conference website.
3. We submit your TAP claim to UKTI if applicable, and confirm your place.
4. We liaise with you to ensure you receive all of your requested benefits, then invoice you for the full amount.
5. You attend the event.
6. TAP funds are distributed by cheque or bank transfer within 2 months of the event date.
BioPartner Membership. As a BioPartner Member you will be entitled to a reduced management fee of £200 and a further €100 discount on your delegate fee. This will also apply to Bio-Europe Spring 2011. Annual membership costs just £300 + VAT and, as well as the above benefits, will provide you with assistance in obtaining TAP grants for other exhibitions, preferential rates on accommodation, travel and freight, plus exclusive alerts and invitations to international partnering opportunities. *TAP grant funding
Your company may eligible for a grant of £1400 if you are purchasing exhibition space, or £1000 if you are represented on the UK Pavilion.
In order to receive TAP funding you must join the UK Delegation and your company must fulfil the eligibility criteria laid out in our TAP Terms & Conditions and must be registered on the UK Mission. The management fee for joining the delegation is £300 + VAT payable to BioPartner.co.uk (£200 for BioPartner Members).

Anyone can join the UK delegation and apply for TAP funding but further discounts are available to BioPartner members:
